My Experience with Webex Meetings
We facilitate various learning sessions using Webex Meetings. Webex Meetings allows connection with a broader audience, as well as the ability to reach larger amounts of people. We currently use Webex Meetings on demand based on the needs of our clients. We have a dedicated group of clients who request Webex Meetings specifically, who rarely use other virtual platforms.

The interface is simple and easy to navigate through. We also use Webex Meetings for quick support calls and catch-ups. The recording feature is a plus. Webex Meetings also help in defining roles such as Admin for better control.

We are a software development company and we use Webex Meetings for daily client communication as most of our clients are abroad. The user interface of Webex Meetings is easy to use. We can connect with the calendar to get auto reminders and can schedule the meeting quickly. The video quality is also very smooth. We can share our screens for presenting any Document or Report. Overall, I can say it is a must-have tool for companies who need to connect with teams remotely.

Why Webex won me over and why it might be right choice for you too
We use Webex Meetings extensively for various communication and collaboration needs. I personally use it for several purposes from regular team meetings to client calls and demos. We collaborate with various departments like Sales and Engineering on projects and weekly project check-ins and brainstorming sessions with my team, all conducted through Webex We also conduct online training sessions and workshops for our team members using Webex Meetings most of the time especially, for our geographically dispersed teams.
- We have a global and diverse team with different devices and operating systems. Webex works smoothly on all of them and everyone can collaborate in real-time saving a lot of time and effort, making meetings much more productive.
- We can easily capture discussion points and decisions for future reference, without the need for manual note-taking. It helps us in smaller group discussions and brainstorming sessions within the main meeting itself.
- I can even tailor the layout to suit the meeting's purpose and agenda. Webex is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for non-technical users, joining and scheduling meetings is a smooth process.
- Only a few options are there for non-verbal feedback like hand raising or emoji reactions. They should work on it as expressing understanding or agreement would help collaborate with the cross-functional teams.
- More options for creating custom workflows and integrations with internal tools would be helpful and the whiteboard also looks basic compared to other similar tools. I think, adding features like sticky notes and freehand drawing would be a great boost.
- The mobile app is functional but I find it less intuitive and feature-rich compared to the desktop version. Should have parity in features and a more user-friendly interface will become more helpful for mobile users like me who sometimes conduct or attend meetings on the go.

It's used in our daily meetings and discussing our plans with the oevrseas team and members. It's the main tool that is useful for seamless workflow across the globe. As we a are multiple country based organizations a tool with seamless connection is very important we did tried others like teams Skype but they did not had that benefits like Webex Meetings.

We use Webex Meetings for hosting online classes in overcast conditions when students cannot travel to school. We also use it occasionally to host virtual training sessions for teachers with trained professionals who cannot travel to our institution. The teachers also use it for collaborating with fellow colleagues and working together on creating question papers etc. The weekly meetings with the director and higher ups are also organised on Webex Meetings due to its safety and security. Overall, Webex Meetings is helping us in communicating and collaborating both with the students and teachers seamlessly from the comfort of our homes.

We are happy people with Cisco Webex Meetings
Cisco Webex Meetings has an amazing scope, collaboration with our team and, most importantly, you can maintain direct communication with customers who for obvious reasons cannot come to meetings in the company due to the Pandemic. I always use Cisco Webex Meetings on my PC because it is more comfortable due to the larger screen and I can work more efficiently.

The only professional video meet option.
We use Webex Meetings for our client meetings and product demos. As we deal with clients from around the world we need a robust meeting software. Webex Meetings is one of the best when it comes to this. It looks and feels premium and professional. Crisp video and voice quality. When working with large clients, small things make a difference and Webex Meetings does make a huge impact.

A personal review of Cisco Webex Meetings, a Feature rich Video Conferencing platform.
Being a support specialist, we have to use a variety of tools to connect with clients in meetings, and Webex Meetings is one of the tools that we use a lot.
I personally prefer Webex Meetings, when I like to present more "feature rich" content. In Webex Meetings the Camera quality looks more crisp and especially when I share the screen, the screenshare window visual is smooth and clear. This being my personal experience.
The one-click invite is like a reward for me, while using Webex Meetings, and I like to use Webex Meetings on my IOS, which is favored with a materialistic build.

Excellent collab platform
In our organization we use Webex Meetings for weekly development standups with our external customers and partners. It provides a great platform for communication and collaboration. It provides great screen sharing options between different members as it offers the users to adjust the zoom to compensate for smaller and bigger screens. And many other great features such as the whiteboard which can be easily exported afterwards.

A good helper Webex Meetings!
We constantly join Webex Meetings hosted by our partner corporations. For internal meetings, Webex is an option, but we use Tencent Meetings more often. Usually, the user case is for business seminars and Webex Meetings helps us communicate with our partners on industrial experience sharing. Also, it's used for very formal business meetings.

We are all distributed across the US and other countries and need to collaborate daily. Webex Meetings provides an easy way to communicate and collaborate with groups or individuals. It also provides a good toolset for screen/app sharing, notation, and meeting recording. The interface is intuitive and allows users to access via the app or URL on any device type.

Webex Meetings addressed the needs for virtual meetings and trainings we are attending. It has a tools that can use to collaborate during the meetings, like live chats, Q&A, polls, and reactions buttons. Easy to access and use, it can be used on mobile phones. Plus the high quality of audio and video. Attending the meetings or events is possible anywhere.

First of all, it is giving us a platform to collaborate with the people that is up almost every time when I need it. We have been using the platform for many years for the entire organization. We love it over any other platform. Quick meetings, training, and remote support from any device at any time.

The best tool for business collaboration
The tool has come to innovate and improve internal communication and communication with customers. Previously we had a free tool but communication was cut off after a few minutes. Alternatives were evaluated and we requested demonstrations from our closest and most trusted provider to use Webex. The installation is very easy to perform, it does not require much capacity in laptops and it does not consume much resources. Our clients have liked the tool, they can schedule in their calendar and they can choose whether to connect from a laptop, smartphone or tablet. When running the application through a web browser, you only have to install a plugin for the first time and then the other connections are instantaneous. Presentation mode is very effective, remote desktop and provide assistance. Without a doubt, our staff was satisfied with the product, it improves communication with clients and it is a lot of fun.

Well-used and stable online meeting platform
Webex Meetings is very good for holding large company meetings. It can handle large numbers of attendees and works well over an office or a remote network connection. I've used it both as a corporate solution and as a company solution. It really solved the business problem of having everybody (or everybody from my company and clients) on an online meeting at the same time - with the ability to speak and hear clearly, present materials, and record the meeting. Also, the question submission feature in Webex [Meetings] is great.

The best app for collaborative and hybrid work
I use Webex Meetings to collaborate with suppliers, partners, customer and collaborators making online meetings and callings, and Videos. I make also events in combination with Slido, and I use the messaging to chat and collaborate. I take part of a lot of Webex Meetings spaces to collaborate and receive information.

Connecting people at anytime anywhere
I use Webex for internal meetings, daily communication between team members internally and for holding client meetings.
- Allows for large meetings internally and externally.
- allows you to create specifics rules for holding your meeting such as how you let people in, muting and unmuting participants, using white board, sharing presenters, sharing screen or information.
- great background options
- When there are allot of people on a call, it can be hard to have everyone on camera this seems slow the bandwidth down and causes freezing.
- I have issues with calls dropping, this could be my internet but I am not losing WiFi just the calls drop.
- Smoother transition on updates, often times when WebEx updates there is a time that the system seems to have glitches. When you use WebEx everyday that can be very frustrating.
